1) Growing and harvesting the beans:

2) Drying and sorting the beans:

3) Roasting the beans:

4) Grinding the beans:

The roasted beans are ground to a fine powder, called coffee grounds, in order to expose more surface area to hot water. Different grind sizes are suitable for different brewing methods.

5) Brewing the coffee:

The coffee grounds are placed in a filter, and hot water is poured over them. The hot water extracts the flavors and aromas from the coffee grounds and creates the finished coffee.

6) Serving the coffee:

The brewed coffee can be served as is or combined with milk or other ingredients to create different drinks. It can be served hot or poured over ice to create iced coffee.
