All coffee products, whether they are whole beans or coffee ground, they are considered consumable thus won’t be able to take the return of the purchased order. But we don’t let our customers go unsatisfied. If you have faced some unlikely events like the wrong product delivered, quality, freshness or physical condition of the Product delivered, you can reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 working days of the delivery.
Refunds for cancellation are initiated within 48 hours from the time of notification. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
